Manhattan Beach
Manhattan Beach is a beautiful beach community in Southern California. The city is known for its quaint beach town feel and its stunning ocean views. In recent years, the city has become increasingly popular with young families and retirees alike. The city is notable for its commitment to building accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
ADUs are small, secondary living units that are attached to or built on the same property as a single-family home. They can be used as a rental unit, in-law unit, or home office. The city of Manhattan Beach has been working hard to make it easier for residents to build ADUs.
